The Martial Art Centre of Excellence, Cowbridge Rd West, Cardiff. JCT 33 M4. is running the first 4FT Martial Art Tournament which has just come to Wales. The Welsh Karate and Kickboxing Association are now taking martial arts to another level. Coaching to Olympic and Commonwealth Standard. Although a martial art centre of excellence we are dedicated to help the community as well as the whole of Wales, Keep our Kids Safe and OFF THE STREETS. We have an anti-bullying campaign in place together with a Child Protection Policy. The centre offers a 220 sq meter of KIDS SAFE matted training area, boxing ring and big bags and kids training equipment. All Instructors are CRB Checked.
